Abstract
This proposed research explores the relationship between meeting management practices and decision implementation in Zambian engineering firms. It examines agenda preparation, participation, assignment of responsibilities, and follow-up procedures. Meeting observations, staff interviews, and action records will be used to assess how decisions progress into completed tasks. The study aims to recommend meeting practices that improve clarity, reduce unresolved action items, and support coordination across technical and administrative teams.
