Abstract
This proposed study investigates how collective branding supports market differentiation among Moroccan artisan cooperatives. It considers shared brand identity, product presentation, quality expectations, and communication of cultural heritage. Interviews with cooperative members and customer surveys will explore perceptions of distinctiveness and brand credibility. The research aims to identify organizational arrangements that allow artisans to promote a common identity while preserving individual craftsmanship and addressing the challenges of shared brand management.
