This proposed research examines how research administration support relates to project completion in Ugandan universities. It focuses on procurement assistance, financial reporting guidance, coordination of approvals, and milestone monitoring. Surveys of project leaders and analysis of project records will investigate associations with administrative delays and completion schedules. The study aims to identify support arrangements that improve coordination between researchers and administrative departments and help research teams manage project responsibilities more effectively.
