Abstract
This proposed study examines the relationship between job autonomy and employee creativity in Egyptian advertising agencies. It focuses on discretion over work methods, scheduling flexibility, and participation in creative decisions. Employee surveys and supervisor assessments will explore associations between autonomy, idea generation, and the practical development of advertising concepts. Interviews will investigate how managerial support shapes these relationships. The study aims to identify working arrangements that encourage creativity while maintaining coordination and meeting client requirements.
