Abstract
This proposed research investigates how organizational identity relates to employee advocacy in Senegalese media companies. It examines employees’ understanding of organizational values, sense of belonging, and perceptions of consistency between stated principles and managerial actions. Surveys and interviews will explore associations with willingness to recommend the organization as an employer and speak positively about its work. The study aims to identify internal communication practices that support informed and voluntary employee advocacy.
