This proposed study examines the relationship between supplier development and product quality consistency in Ugandan leather enterprises. It considers technical guidance, agreed material specifications, supplier feedback, and joint problem-solving. Purchasing records and quality inspection reports will be analyzed alongside interviews with production managers. The research aims to identify supplier collaboration practices associated with fewer material defects and more consistent production outcomes, informing practical approaches to strengthening relationships between enterprises and input providers.
