This proposed study investigates how apprenticeship design supports skills transfer in Moroccan automotive workshops. It examines task progression, supervisor guidance, opportunities for practice, and feedback on completed work. Interviews with apprentices and workshop supervisors will be combined with structured assessments of selected tasks. The research aims to identify training arrangements that help apprentices develop competence and independence while enabling workshops to integrate learning activities into everyday service operations.
