Abstract
This proposed study examines the relationship between leadership humility and team learning in Ghanaian software companies. It focuses on leaders’ openness to feedback, acknowledgment of limitations, and appreciation of employee contributions. Surveys and team interviews will explore associations with knowledge exchange, reflection on mistakes, and collaborative problem-solving. The study aims to identify leadership practices that encourage learning within project teams and support the development of effective software delivery processes.
