Abstract
This proposed study examines how perceived fairness during service recovery relates to policyholder renewal intentions in Moroccan insurance firms. It considers the fairness of complaint outcomes, resolution procedures, staff treatment, and explanations provided to customers. Surveys of policyholders who have experienced service problems will assess relationships with restored trust and renewal intentions. The study aims to recommend complaint resolution practices that address customer concerns and strengthen the quality of insurer-policyholder relationships.
