Abstract
This proposed research explores how volunteer coordination practices support programme continuity in Ugandan community organizations. It examines role assignment, orientation, scheduling, supervision, and volunteer feedback. Surveys and interviews with volunteers and programme coordinators will investigate relationships with attendance consistency, task completion, and willingness to continue volunteering. The research aims to identify coordination approaches that help organizations maintain reliable activities while responding to volunteers’ availability, motivations, and support needs.
