This research examines the role of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in disaster response efforts. Through case studies and interviews with NGO leaders, we analyze their contributions to relief and recovery operations. The findings highlight the strengths and limitations of NGOs in coordinating disaster response, emphasizing the need for collaboration with government agencies. Recommendations for enhancing NGO effectiveness in disaster management are discussed.
