This proposed research explores how entrepreneurial orientation relates to export readiness in Ivorian cocoa processing enterprises. It examines innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking alongside product adaptation, market knowledge, and distribution capabilities. Surveys and interviews with enterprise managers will assess organizational strengths and barriers to entering foreign markets. The research aims to develop recommendations for strengthening export preparation and supporting the participation of local processing enterprises in international trade.
