Through case studies and economic analysis, we identify benefits such as job creation and infrastructure development, as well as challenges like environmental degradation and cultural commodification. The findings underscore the need for sustainable tourism practices that benefit local economies while preserving cultural heritage. Recommendations for stakeholders are provided to enhance tourism's positive impacts.
