Abstract
This proposed study investigates the relationship between knowledge sharing and project performance in Cameroonian construction companies. It examines team communication, documentation of lessons learned, mentoring, and collaboration between technical departments. Surveys and selected project records will explore associations with schedule adherence, cost control, and work quality. The research will also consider the role of organizational culture in supporting knowledge exchange. It aims to recommend practices that improve coordination and reduce recurring project errors.
