This research examines gender disparities in leadership positions across various sectors globally. Utilizing quantitative data and qualitative interviews, we identify barriers that women face in advancing to leadership roles. The findings reveal persistent inequalities and the impact of organizational culture on women's career progression. Recommendations for promoting gender equity in leadership are discussed to foster inclusivity in the workplace.
