This proposed research investigates how mobile health platforms may improve access to primary healthcare in Tanzania. It focuses on appointment scheduling, remote consultations, health information, and patient follow-up. Interviews with patients and healthcare workers will examine usability, connectivity, affordability, and privacy concerns. The study aims to identify implementation conditions that enable mobile platforms to complement existing healthcare services and improve continuity of care in underserved communities.
