Abstract
The study analyzes how mid-sized organizations adopt digital tools while maintaining learning-oriented culture. It explores relationships between leadership communication, cross-team knowledge sharing, and operational performance indicators. Using survey data and interviews with managers, the research develops a model linking transformation practices to measurable efficiency and employee capability. The results emphasize that technology adoption alone is insufficient; structured learning routines and process redesign determine whether digital transformation improves outcomes.
