Abstract
This paper evaluates early learning interventions designed to improve foundational literacy and numeracy. It models learning growth over multiple grade levels using longitudinal test outcomes and attendance records. The study compares intervention classrooms with matched controls, assessing how instructional dosage and tutoring fidelity affect achievement trajectories. Findings indicate that targeted feedback and small-group practice are key predictors of sustained improvement. The discussion highlights cost-effective strategies for scaling interventions responsibly.
