Abstract
This research examines the contributions of women's organizations to conflict resolution and post-conflict peacebuilding in the Great Lakes Region. Case studies from Rwanda and Eastern DRC reveal that women-led initiatives play a critical role in community reconciliation, trust-building, and social reconstruction. The study calls for increased institutional support for women peacebuilders.
