This proposed research examines the relationship between teacher collaboration and curriculum implementation in Rwandan vocational colleges. It focuses on joint lesson planning, sharing of teaching materials, coordination of practical activities, and discussion of student progress. Teacher interviews and instructional document reviews will explore how collaborative practices support consistency between intended learning outcomes and classroom activities. The study aims to recommend institutional arrangements that provide teachers with practical opportunities to coordinate instruction and address implementation challenges.
